2. Eligibility

- Residents of Australia only.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of Buddy or any agency/supplier connected with this promotion are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Start: 9:00 AM ACST (UTC+9:30) on 29 July 2025
End: 11:59 PM ACST (UTC+9:30) on 8 August 2025
Entries outside this window will not be accepted.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a Weber Baby Q BBQ.
Non-transferable. No cash alternative.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Random draw within 3 business days after closing.
- Odds depend on total valid entries.
- Winner notified by phone call and follow-up email within 5 business days.
- If no response within 7 days, a redraw will occur.
7. Claiming Prize & Verification
- Winner must provide full name, date of birth, and proof of Australian residency (e.g. driver’s licence).
- Prize delivered or arranged within 14 days of verification.
8. Privacy & Use of Entrant Data
We collect entrant data to administer this promotion and, with consent, to send marketing materials. All personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Buddy’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link.
9. Liability & Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Buddy’s liability is limited to the prize value. Entrants indemnify Buddy against all claims arising from participation or prize use.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation in Adelaide under the Resolution Institute Rules.
